The sparrows are known to live in the home, backyards and green patches in urban and rural areas but “in the last two decades, their population is on the decline in almost every city,” according to the wwfindia.org. On this World Sparrow Day let’s encourage children and others around us to respect spaces for sparrows.

When I was growing up, sparrows was making their nests in my home, but now, we are rarely seeing the sparrow because we don’t have sparrow friendly environment.

Create Sparrow friendly Environment: keep a bowl of water and grains in the balcony OR roof for sparrows to feed on, we can also do things to have more greenery, which will encourage sparrows to visit us more often.

We are urge you to help them and create the sparrow friendly environment if you can and tech the same to younger generation.

Happy World Sparrow Day!
